EXERCISE OF LIEN. Pursuant to the terms of your Agreement, the contents of the above space at the Self-Storage Facility have been or will be seized under the contractual landlord's lien under Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code for nonpayment of sums due. The lien covers sums arising before and after this Notice of Claim. Demand for payment is hereby made. If the claimed total charges due are not paid on or before the 14th day after the day Notice of Claim is delivered in person, mailed or emailed, Chapter 59 gives us the right to proceed with the sale of seized property at public auction, or property may be towed to a vehicle storage facility and disposed of by the vehicle storage facility under Chapter D, Subchapter 2303, Occupations Code.

DELIVERY OF NOTICE. This Notice of Claim is being delivered to you in person, or mailed or emailed to you at your address shown on your Agreement, or, if written change of address has been received in accordance with the Agreement, to that address. Notice by mail is considered delivered when this notice, properly addressed with postage prepaid, is deposited with the United States Postal Service or common carrier. Notice by email is considered delivered when sent to the last known email address of the tenant provided in the Agreement or in a written change of email address received in accordance with the Agreement. If seizure has occurred, this notice is being sent by email or any method of mailing that provides evidence of mailing.

RECOVERING YOUR PROPERTY. You may obtain the contents of the space prior to sale or transfer to a vehicle storage facility by paying all charges due (subject to any lienholder redemption rights provided by law). Please contact us at the time of payment to determine all charges due at that time. PAYMENT MUST BE BY CASH, MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHECK OR CASHIER’S CHECK ONLY.

QUESTIONS. You may verify or ask questions about unpaid sums listed above or coming due after the date of this notice by telephoning the facility or visiting our onsite office. All facility contact information is noted below.
